The picture that one sees of Muhammad, the founder of Islam, after reading this book is one of a murderer, liar, pervert, degenerate and coward. Muhammad is in the terms of modern psychology a sociopath -- a being without a conscience who will lie, cheat, rob or murder; in short do anything to advance his own personal agenda. In the case of Muhammad this was the conquest of what is now Saudi Arabia. This short term goal was accomplished before his death.
Muhammad's long term goal of world conquest by means of a violent killer cult called Islam led by thousands of little Muhammads we are still dealing with today.

Islam rises and falls on Muhammad. He is the religion's sole prophet, Islam’s solitary example, Allah’s lone conduit. Without Muhammad, Allah, the Qur’an, and Islam would be unknown. Yet the picture the Islamic scriptures paint of this man is not flattering; his words aren’t believable. According to the Qur’an and Hadith, Muhammad was a thief, rapist, and terrorist. It’s hardly the example you’d want your neighbor to emulate.
