Chertoff doesn't factually or substantially address any of the caller's questions. Rather, he just dismisses their questions and opinions as "on the level of Holocaust™ denial" and therefore "not deserving of a serious response." But now that the Holocaust™ Lie is being exposed in mass, that smear by association tactic will ring hollow.
