Indian Court Declares Ajmal Kassab Guilty

The Special Indian Court has declared Ajmal Kassab Guilty of Mumbai attacks while other two Indian Muslims Fahim Ansari and Sabauddin Shaikh are declared innocent by the court. There where more than 86 charges against Ajmal Kassab and court has declared him responsible for all these 86 charges. The hearing the case continued for several months in a special court where Media was not allowed.

Judge M L Tahaliyani has said that Ajmal Kassab is found responsible for Mumbai attacks while planning of the attack was done in Pakistan. Judge M L Tahaliyani declared Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi and Hafiz Saeed Mastermind of the Mumbai attacks. The punishment of Ajmal Kassab will be announced tomorrow by the Court. Mumbai attacks took place on 26 November 2008 in Mumbai in which more than 150 people where killed.
