Serious Blames against CIA In New Wikileaks Document

Famous Website Wikileaks that publishes Secret Documents about different things online and it got lot of popularity when it published thousands of Secret Documents last month about Afghanistan War which where discussed on Every News Media of the World.  In those Documents about Afghanistan war it was claimed that US and Nato Forces has killed many Civilians in Afghanistan and Pakistan's Intelligence Agency ISI is Helping the Taliban in Afghanistan.

Now Wikileaks has published another Secret Document about American Intelligence Agency CIA in which it is claimed that CIA is Exporter of Terror and it is Exporting the terror in Afghanistan, Pakistan, India and many other parts of the World.  In this Document it is said that CIA is Exporting the terror from a long time.  The Release of this Document can effect the US Relations with Foreign Allies and can also have impact on Afghanistan ongoing War.
