Rate of Poverty Increasing in India

Although India has made good Economic Growth in Last few years  but Rate of Poverty is on its rise in India.  According to an Indian Economic Expert the Poverty has increased 18% in last 10 years. Recently an Expert committee was set in India whose work was to do Research on Increasing Poverty In India which was headed by Pranab Sen who is former head of Planning Commission.

This Expert committee has said that More than Half Population Is Living in Extreme Poverty and they don,t have even access to basic daily life needs.  The Condition of Minorities Like Muslims, Christians and Low Caste Hindus Dalits is extremely bad.  This Expert committee has told Indian Government to take Fast Steps to cop with this Alarming Situation of Increasing Poverty.
