Impeach President Bush in a time of war? TREASON!

Many Democrats in the Party of Treason see parallels between the conflict in the Middle East and the Vietnam War where they were able to engineer an American withdrawal and political defeat.
I think a better example would be the U.S. Civil War when Lincoln was forced suspend Writ of Habeas Corpus and imprison many thousand critics of the war including politicians and journalists in order that the Republic be saved.
I say the time has come to purge public life of traitors who are stabbing the Commander-in-Chief in the back with threats of impeachment for the offense of defending the Republic with courage and valor.

Russ Feingold reveals what many Democrats really want.

Republicans are denouncing Senator Russ Feingold's proposal to "censure" President Bush for his warrantless wiretaps on al Qaeda, but we'd like to congratulate the Wisconsin Democrat on his candor. He's had the courage to put on the table what Democrats are all but certain to do if they win either the House or Senate in November.
The U.S. Constitution recognizes that in certain extreme cases the Writ of Habeas Corpus can be suspended for the duration of the conflict. This was done by President Lincoln during in the U.S. Civil War and over 38,000 people were imprisoned by the federal government, including a vast number of jounalists who refused to toe the Union line.
