Lady Gaga’s performance was hailed as “brilliant” by many music fans. If you however ask them what it symbolizes, their face turns into a question mark. ...

The setting for the performance is very symbolic. Gaga performs in a temple or maybe an aristocratic mansion, complete with columns, chandlers and paintings. Occult rituals, mind control experiments and even human sacrifices have been constantly rumored to take place in those kinds of settings. One feature I cannot ignore is the presence of two massive pillars underneath an arch.

Those are unmistakable Masonic symbols as depicted on this lithograph:



This obvious reference to Freemasonry hints to the occult and ritualistic aspect of Gaga’s performance. Masons are known to carry in their lodges ritual dramas, which are live reenactments of allegorical stories. Gaga’s performance symbolizes her rise to fame and the sacrifice she had to make in order to succeed.

When the bloody Gaga is lifted in the air, an eerie light comes out of of between the pillars and the dancers lift their arms in the air in praise. Many ancient religions carried out ritual sacrifices to please the gods. Blood sacrifices have also been viewed by black magicians as the ultimate way to collect spiritual energy. The final scene of the performance conveys the presence of this mysterious “force” after a sacrifice.

Pink’s Masonic Initiation



There is no way a Mason can watch this performance without recalling his initiation into the First Degree. Here’s a description by Mark Stavish:

“The candidate for initiation is stripped of all material possessions and dressed in a strange and peculiar garb (…). This includes a blindfold and a length of rope called a cable tow.”

He continues

“The blindfold used represents secrecy, darkness and ignorance as well as trust. The candidate is led into the lodge room for initiation but is not able to see what is happening. He is bound about the waist and arm with the cable tow.”

The initiate is blindfolded, attached to a cord with the left breast and left leg exposed

Pink is blindfolded and bound with ropes. Her costume exposes her left breast, exactly like Masonic initiates. Instead of having her left leg exposed, Pink’s costume bears a diamond pattern which is very reminiscent of floors in Masonic lodges.

The stories of the methods and procedures of the alleged "gassings" vary according to the extent and capacity of "survivors'" level of education and/or fertility of imagination. They range from dropping the gas, gas pellets or canisters into a crowded room from one hole or several holes in the ceiling or in the wall, to piping it through shower heads or perforated pipes to hollow, perforated pillars, to "steam chambers," to "electrocution machinery", "vacuum chambers", "Diesel engine exhaust chambers", "mass shootings", "Chlorine chalk killings" and other fabrications, although the latter alleged methods have nothing to do with gassings. It's all in the same hopper of alleged genocide.

"Millions" of Jews are alleged to have been killed in this manner. Most of these tales of horrors have now been refuted, and even some of the Holocaust promoters seem embarrassed by some of the outlandish claims, except of course Nizkor!

As one example of many, we have Professor Michel de Bouard, as quoted in Jewish Social Studies, January 1950, who said: "The record is rotten to the core."

Professor Bouard is not just anyone. He was a former inmate at Mauthausen, honorary Dean of the Faculty of Letters at the University of Caen (Normandy), member of the Committee for the History of the Second World War, and member of the Institut de France.

Here is what he had to say:

"In the monograph on Mauthausen that I published in La Revue d'histoire de a (Deuxieme) Guerre mondiale in 1954, I mentioned a gas chamber on two occasions. When the time of reflection had arrived, I said to myself: where did you arrive at the conviction that there was a gas chamber in Mauthausen? This cannot have been during my stay in this camp, for neither myself nor anybody else ever suspected that there was one there. This must therefore be a piece of 'baggage' that I picked up after the war; this was an admitted fact but I noticed that in my text - although I have the habit of supporting most of my statements by references - there was none referring to the gas chamber. . ."

In response to a journalist asking him:

"You were president of the Calvados (Normandy) Association of Deportees, and you resigned in May, 1985, why?"

Professor Bouard answered:

"I found myself torn between my conscience as a historian and the duties it implies, and on the other hand, my membership in a group of comrades whom I deeply love, but who refuse to recognize the necessity of dealing with the deportation as a historical fact in accordance with sound historical methods. I am haunted by the thought that in 100 years or even 50 years the historians will question themselves on this particular aspect of the Second World War which is the concentration camp system and what they will find out. The record is rotten to the core. On one hand a considerable amount of fantasies, inaccuracies, obstinately repeated (in particular concerning numbers) heterogeneous mixtures, generalizations, and on the other hand, very dry critical studies that demonstrate the inanity of these exaggerations." (Quest-France, August 2-3, 1986, p. 6)

An Iowa supreme court justice, Charles E. Wennerstrum, who presided over one of the Nuremberg trials commented similarly to one Chicago Tribune reporter (Feb. 23, 1948):

"The initial war times trial here was judged and prosecuted by Americans, Russians, British and French with much of the time, effort and high expenses devoted to whitewashing the allies and placing the sole blame for World War II upon Germany. . . The high ideals announced as the motives for creating these tribunals has not been evident. The prosecution has failed to maintain objectivity aloof from vindictiveness, aloof from personal ambitions for convictions. . . The entire atmosphere here is unwholesome. . . Lawyers, clerks, interpreters and researchers were employed who become Americans only in recent years, whose backgrounds were embedded in Europe's hatreds and prejudices."

In other words, these folks came out the stetls and ghettos of Europe. They were the ones who selected and filtered the so-called "evidence" for the alleged horrific crimes of mass extermination! Said Judge Wennerstrum:

"Most of the evidence in the trials was documentary, selected from the large tonnage of captured records. The selection was made by the prosecution. The defense had access only to those documents which the prosecution considered material to the case."

That's why you get stories like the one titled "Rash saved man from being made into lampshade" (Victoria Times-Colonist, March 18, 1993) or "Sent to gas chamber six times at Belsen but survived. (Montreal Gazette, August 5, 1993) It matters little to this man, apparently, that it is no longer claimed even by the most stubborn Holocaust promoters that there were any gas chambers at Belsen!

It will be a future task to investigate the exact sources, origins and development of these claimed mass execution methods, specifically the evolution and usefulness to the Holocaust Lobby of the remaining "gassing" tales. Some of the horror stories appeared only for a short time after the war and disappeared quickly, since some of them were so grotesque or technically impossible that those accounts couldn't survive as "self evident" accusations.

A perfect example, but only one of hundreds if not thousands, is this one:

Olga Lengyel claimed brazenly that 1,314,000 Jews were gassed and cremated at Auschwitz in only three months (May, June and July of 1944); that 3 bodies could be burned in a crematory retort in half an hour; that 17,280 people were gassed and burned every 24 hours ("Five Chimneys: The Story of Auschwitz")

Repeatedly you say: "The Nuremberg trials. . . "

Grotesque nonsense was quoted during the Nuremberg trials! During these trials, for instance, it was stated that steam executions in Treblinka were "self evident" (IMT Vol. IV, p. 1119-1152, Doc. 3311-PS), and it took some years to abandon this story and replace it by the Diesel myth.

If Nizkor states that "such stories [like the steam chambers] had no evidence or corroborating testimony to back them up, and so were not even entered as charges at the war-crimes trials", Nizkor is simply, once again, not informed.

Nizkor again: "In other words, those false stories are not evidence that the Nazis were falsely charged -- rather, they are evidence that the trials were fair, and that the system worked. . . "

My God! Is Nizkor serious?

There are now posted at the Zundelsite and other websites extensive, very detailed analyses of just what happened at Nuremberg. Of specific noteworthiness are the Carlos Porter documents. They come in five different languages and show that what was said at Nuremberg regarding genocidal exterminations had no scientific value.

Specifically, read Dr. John Fried's, a New York Jew, testimony at the Zündel preliminary hearings in June of 1984. Dr. Fried was one of the Jewish "editors" who decided what of the Nuremberg transcripts would be kept for posterity and what would be "edited" out - in other words, censored before publication, and just what was allowed to be entered into the Nuremberg records.

Reread Streicher's testimony, already mentioned several times, which was partially expunged on the order of Nuremberg Judges because it contained claims of torture and brutality by US guards against Streicher, and how those documents that documented the torture were carefully expunged from the records - with the assistance of his defense attorney! What kind of legal assistance was that for a defendant? The story was covered by a reporter of the Times of London, who was not subject to Allied Military censorship. Many of the Nuremberg sentences that caused people to be hanged were based on ex post facto law and admitted phycological or physical torture.

One final point needs to be made:

So the "eye witness testimonies" of "steam chambers" and "electrocution machinery" were ". . . testimonies given by confused eye witnesses"? Is that a fact? How interesting. That is precisely what Revisionists have claimed all along about the testimony about gassings. What makes the "gassing stories different from the "steam chamber" and "electrocution machinery" stories?

The more important question is: Are we talking about mere embellishment due to confusion, or are we talking about deliberate, spiteful, hateful, revenge-driven lies? By people angry at their captors out to settle scores now that the hated enemy was defeated and defenceless.

Nizkor is hurting visibly for physical, tangible evidence of genocidal gassings. THERE IS NO DOCUMENTED EVIDENCE. There was no evidence ever of homicidal gassings by the Germans and none was introduced at Nuremberg.

There are only tall "survivors'" tales not one iota different from the kind of confabulations that would claim "Walpurgisnacht" where the Devil cavorted with virgins centuries ago ,during the Witch hunt craze in the darkest middle ages!

B.C. might suspend the seasonal flu shots as early as today, in the wake of a Canadian study that suggests people who get the flu vaccine are twice as likely to contract the H1N1 virus.

Several news outlets reported the preliminary findings of the study, which is still under peer review. Researchers found that those who received the seasonal flu vaccine in the past were more likely to catch H1N1.

While the research was initially met with much skepticism from health officials, several provinces, including Quebec, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Ontario and Nova Scotia, have suspended seasonal flu shots for anyone younger than 65, the Globe and Mail newspaper is reporting in its Monday editions.

Following our earlier report about a paramilitary security force occupying a town in Montana, it has now become clear that the purpose of American Police Force is to boss a state of the art internment camp that some fear will be used to incarcerate American citizens, as reports come in of the private paramilitary unit setting up roadblocks and harassing citizens in Hardin.

A CNN report on the $27 million dollar facility in Hardin Montana states that it could become “Gitmo West” and be filled with detainees from Guantanamo Bay and other terrorists. Since a majority of the American people have now been designated as potential domestic terrorists by the federal government, fears are growing that the prison camp will be used to incarcerate citizens against their will during a flu pandemic or any other declared emergency.

The Two Rivers Detention Center is a state of the art facility, festooned with surveillance cameras and surrounded by razor wire and open land to prevent escape. The camp is also filled with riot equipment such as gas masks, riot helmets, shields and batons, as well as guns.

Since the camp is currently empty, a private paramilitary unit calling itself American Police Force has been hired by local authorities to boss the facility. However, as we reported earlier, APF, which has all the hallmarks of being another Blackwater, has virtually occupied the town, festooned their vehicles with police decals and started carrying out law enforcement duties.

According to an article carried on the Steve Quayle website, 75% of the APF agents will be foreign mercenaries after training is completed and the organization’s ultimate goal is to establishment a permanent presence in the town while scouting out another 30 U.S. towns for a similar occupation-style mandate. The writer claims that APF agents are already harassing citizens, setting up roadblocks and that they told a local business owner that they had a register of all the gun owners in the town.

All of this is of course completely illegal and unconstitutional. A private army cannot pose as a police force unless we’re talking about a third world dictatorship or a banana republic, which is what the U.S. has seemingly become.

It seems that Obama’s promise of a “national civilian security force” is being implemented as private mercenary armies are brought in to occupy American towns and set up internment camps for dissidents and people who resist a federal government takeover under the pretext of a swine flu outbreak or similar pandemic

Israeli drive to prevent Jewish girls dating Arabs

NAZARETH // A local authority in Israel has announced that it is establishing a special team of youth counsellors and psychologists whose job it will be to identify young Jewish women who are dating Arab men and “rescue” them.

The move by the municipality of Petah Tikva, a city close to Tel Aviv, is the latest in a series of separate – and little discussed – initiatives from official bodies, rabbis, private organisations and groups of Israeli residents to try to prevent interracial dating and marriage.

In a related development, the Israeli media reported this month that residents of Pisgat Zeev, a large Jewish settlement in the midst of Palestinian neighbourhoods in East Jerusalem, had formed a vigilante-style patrol to stop Arab men from mixing with local Jewish girls.

Hostility to intimate relationships developing across Israel’s ethnic divide is shared by many Israeli Jews, who regard such behaviour as a threat to the state’s Jewishness. One of the few polls on the subject, in 2007, found that more than half of Israeli Jews believed intermarriage should be equated with “national treason”.

Since the state’s founding in 1948, analysts have noted, a series of legal and administrative measures have been taken by Israel to limit the possibilities of close links developing between Jewish and Arab citizens, the latter comprising a fifth of the population.

Largely segregated communities and separate education systems mean that there are few opportunities for young Arabs and Jews to become familiarised with each other. Even in the handful of “mixed cities”, Arab residents are usually confined to separate neighbourhoods.

In addition, civil marriage is banned in Israel, meaning that in the small number of cases where Jews and Arabs want to wed, they can do so only by leaving the country for a ceremony abroad. The marriage is recognised on the couple’s return.

Dr Yuval Yonay, a sociologist at Haifa University, said the number of interracial marriages was “too small to be studied”. “Separation between Jews and Arabs is so ingrained in Israeli society, it is surprising that anyone manages to escape these central controls.”

The team in Petah Tikva, a Jewish city of 200,000 residents, was created in direct response to news that two Jewish girls, aged 17 and 19, were accompanying a group of young Arab men when they allegedly beat a Jewish man, Leonard Karp, to death last month on a Tel Aviv beach. The older girl was from Petah Tikva.

The girls’ involvement with the Arab youths has revived general concern that a once-firm taboo against interracial dating is beginning to erode among some young people.

In sentiments widely shared, Mr Hakak, a spokesman for Petah Tikva municipality, said “Russian girls”, young Jewish women whose parents arrived in Israel over the past two decades, since the former Soviet Union collapsed, were particularly vulnerable to the attention of Arab men.

Dr Yonay said Russian women were less closed to the idea of relationships with Arab men because they “did not undergo the religious and Zionist education” to which more established Israeli Jews were subject.

Mr Hakak said the municipality had created a hotline that parents and friends of the Jewish women could use to inform on them.

“We can’t tell the girls what to do but we can send a psychologist to their home to offer them and their parents advice,” he said.

Motti Zaft, the deputy mayor, told the Ynet website that the municipality was also cracking down on city homeowners who illegally subdivide apartments to rent them cheaply to single Arab men looking for work in the Tel Aviv area. He estimated that several hundred Arab men had moved into the city as a result.

Petah Tikva’s hostility to Arab men mixing with local Jewish women is shared by other communities.

In Pisgat Zeev, a settlement of 40,000 Jews, some 35 Jewish men are reported to belong to a patrol known as “Fire for Judaism” that tries to stop interracial dating.

Unusually for a settlement, Pisgat Zeev has attracted a tiny but growing population of Arab families, both from East Jerusalem and from inside Israel. Because Pisgat Zeev sits within Jerusalem’s municipal borders, Arabs with Israeli residency rights can live there as long as Jewish settlers are willing to rent to them.

One member, who identified himself as Moshe to the Jerusalem Post newspaper, said: “Our goal is to be in contact with these girls and try to explain to them the dangers of what they’re getting themselves into. In the last 10 years, 60 girls from Pisgat Zeev have gone into [Palestinian] villages [in the West Bank]. And most of them aren’t heard from after that.”

He denied that violence or threats were used against Arab men.
Last year, the municipality of Kiryat Gat, a town of 50,000 Jews in southern Israel, launched a programme in schools to warn Jewish girls of the dangers of dating local Bedouin men. The girls were shown a video titled Sleeping with the Enemy, which describes mixed couples as an “unnatural phenomenon”.

Haim Shalom, head of the municipality’s welfare department, is filmed saying: “The girls, in their innocence, go with the exploitative Arab.”

In 2004, posters sprang up all over the northern town of Safed warning Jewish women that dating Arab men would lead to “beatings, hard drugs, prostitution and crime”.
Safed’s chief rabbi, Shmuel Eliyahu, told a local newspaper that the “seducing” of Jewish girls was “another form of war” by Arab men.

Both Kiryat Gat and Safed’s campaigns were supported by a religious organisation called Yad L’achim, which runs an anti-assimilation team publicly dedicated to “saving” Jewish women.

According to its website, the organisation receives more than 100 calls a month about Jewish women living with Arab men, both in Israel and the West Bank. It launches “military-like rescues [of the women] from hostile Arab villages” in co-ordination with the police and army.

“The Jewish soul is a precious, all-too-rare resource, and we are not prepared to give up on even a single one,” says the website.

Hardin

We have found out that our little town of Hardin is the 'test town' for President Obama’s new law to privatize the police force of local communities. Last night, the city council voted to disband our sheriff’s department and to bring in a private security company to police the town.

Interestingly, earlier in the day, the mayor when asked in an interview about the privatization of our police department completely denied it and said that would not be done with out a council meeting. Then that evening, a council meeting was held in regards to that very thing. At the beginning of this month, our local prison signed an agreement with the American Police Force which is a subsidiary of a larger private security force that the U.S. used in the Iraq war and Hurricane Katrina.

Yesterday, a convoy of twelve 'blacked out' Mercedes Benz SUV’s were brought into town. They were already painted with Hardin’s colors and ‘Hardin Police Force’ was already painted on them! Hardin’s sheriff’s department will no longer be in operation after the month of October. During October, the Sheriff’s Department is to train this new security force in all the logistics of running the town of Hardin. If you go on the American Police Force site, you might notice that the logo they use is actually a Russian logo. I have been told that the man who came with this new security force as the captain, has a thick Russian accent.

Earlier this month, in an interview in regards to this Hardin prison and the training center that they are planning to build, we were told that seventy five percent of the security officers that were to be trained would be ‘international’.

This private security force is already patrolling the town. They had several people stopped yesterday. Also, it appears that they are building some type of heavy duty gate at the entrances of our town.

In an interview, the American Police Force security has stated that they will stay here one month to assess the population and then they will make their permanent base here. They said they are scouting out thirty towns in the U.S. but that Hardin is the first. Also, President Obama has authorized and signed a bill for full government funding of the privatization of the police departments throughout the U.S. By the end of October, it is their plan to have all major cities locked down!

In an interview with one of the city council members, he stated that this new H1N1 shot which has not been tested will be mandatory and if a resident of our town refuses, they will be taken to our prison where they will be quarantined. A federal law has been passed that makes it mandatory that all health care workers have to take this new shot. If they do not, they will automatically loose their jobs.

The new federal law that is in place makes gives you four choices in regards to this new shot. One, you can voluntarily take it or you can refuse and be taken to a place to be quarantined, or as an alternative; if you refuse, you can have a chip placed in you to track you or a tracking bracelet which cannot be taken off. The state borders will be manned and locked down in the near future in regards to this mandatory shot.

I am also told by a reliable source that today one of the managers at a local business in Hardin was visited by this new private security force which is now the new Hardin Police Department. He is an avid hunter and they came to inform him that they had a list of all fire arms that he owned; this includes all the residents of our town, and that he would need to take his guns down to have them put a marking device on them.
Also, today, one of the main streets in Hardin was completely blocked off and they have been setting up information booths where they are passing out pamphlets with information on this new H1N1 shot.

This video alleges that the Knights Templar formed in France in the 12th century shortly after obtaining copies of the recently translated Kaballah, and that shortly thereafter the Knights Templar (with their influence over the Roman Catholic Church) organized Crusades in order to search for more occult knowledge in Jerusalem (eg, at the site of Solomon's Temple).

Excerpts from "Marx and Satan" by Richard Wurmbrand - The Satanic Roots and Aims of Jewish Communism

I have recently read this book, and would recommend it to others. Those who know of the Jewish origins of Communism and the Satanic nature of the religion of Talmudic "Judaism" can already connect the dots. But this book is useful in that it provides a very compelling case that the man known as "Karl Marx" (an ethnic jew descended from a long line of rabbis whose real name was Moses Levy Mordecai) and his close associates at the center of the development of communism (almost exclusively known jews) were avowed Satanists or Luciferians, citing letters, poems, and other writings from Marx and his communist associates. It also details how a jew named Moses Hess actually recruited and shaped Marx's thinking, and was the brainchild of communism, with Marx being the frontman.

As practicing Satanists, Marx and his Jewish cohorts desired, like Satan himself, above all to steal, kill, and destroy, a take as many people to the abyss as possible. And that was the purpose of the ideology of communism - destruction. The lofty talk of "fighting for the proletariat" and improving society was just a bait, and the call for violent and permanent revolution against the existing (Christian) order the means to place the Jewish leaders of Communism into power. And, as history shows, this agenda of death and destruction has been ruthlessly implemented by the Jewish communists from 1917 onward all over the world.

The book is available online here. It should also be noted that the author Richard Wurmbrand is an ethnic jew, a self-confessed "convert" to Christianity, and holds and expresses in the book the kosher views on the Holocaust Hoax and the idea that the jews are the descendants of the Israelites.

The following are some particularly interesting excerpts from the book. The first excerpt is a quotation from a Satanic drama/play titled "Oulanem" written by Marx.

The Obama Deception

Glaring Evidence of the Farce that was the Nuremberg Trials - Soviet Prosecutors Convicted the Germans of the Katyn Forest Massacre

Of course, the Soviets actually committed the massacre at Katyn, although they did not admit it until 1990.

At Nuremberg, the Soviets also "convicted" the Germans of mass extermination of Jews (and others) at the internment camps in Germany. Years later, even historians and Holohoax propagandists had to admit that no "gassings" or mass exterminations took place in the German camps on German soil, and the story shifted to the German camps in Poland (which the Soviets controlled, and where little to no investigation into the claims was allowed).

The following is an excerpt from "An Introduction to Holocaust Revisionism" by Tom Moran, an excellent article/primer, even for those not new to Holocaust™ revisionism.

Evil beyond contempt

The Katyn Forest is an area in Poland were the Soviets had massacred thousands of Polish cadre. When the Germans wrested control from the Soviets they were informed of thousands being driven out to the forest never to be seen again. The Germans located the mass graves and did a forensic archeological investigation.
At the Nuremberg trials where the Soviets sat as prosecutors and judges themselves they introduced the massacre as a German crime and the Allied members allowed it even though they knew who really did it, which tells us something ugly about the nature of the trials. Super exemplifying the basic mode of Holocaust evidence, the Soviets submitted a report hundreds of pages long totally founded on "eyewitness" accounts. The reality eventually surfaced in the form of an extant German report, complete with photographs of the excavation as it was happening along with foreign forensic experts and journalists invited and Allied POW officers brought in to witness the scene, all photographed at the scene.
With the advent of Glasnost the Soviets eventually came to admit to the crime.

The German report stands ironically and poetically as the only real documented forensic investigation ever performed on any mass grave stemming from the WW II era.

Nuremberg Tribunal

The incident of the Katyn Forest being introduced to the Nuremberg Tribunal stands as monolithic evidence that the trials were a farce. In addition to that one grand indictment the determinations of the Tribunal also included finding the defendants guilty of mass extermination at camps in Germany, since erased from the story, and the 4,000,000 number for Auschwitz currently 1,000,000. Inquiring minds have gone over the records of the trials and the case for a kangaroo court is outstanding.

Katyn, Russia, April 1943. The Germans discovered here the bodies of 4,500 Polish officers buried in mass graves. A Red Cross commission concluded that they had been killed by Soviet troops in the spring of 1940, when around 25,000 people disappeared.


According to the Soviet prosecutors, not only did the Germans carry out the Katyn Forest Massacre, they then lied to the Poles by blaming it on the Soviets by finding "false witnesses", and even dug up the graves at Katyn Forest and brought additional dead bodies of Poles to Katyn Forest in order to increase the numbers of victims they could "frame" the Bolshevists for. I should now like to turn to the brutalities committed by the Hitlerites towards members of the Czechoslovakian, Polish, and Yugoslavian Armies. We find, in the Indictment, that one of the most important criminal acts for which the major war criminals are responsible was the mass execution of Polish prisoners of war, shot in the Katyn Forest near Smolensk by the German fascist invaders.

I submit to the Tribunal, as a proof of this crone, official documents of the special commission for the establishment and the investigation of the circumstances which attended the executions. The commission acted in accordance with a directive of the Extraordinary State Commission of the Soviet Union....

It would take too long to read into the record that precise and detailed document which I now submit to you as Exhibit Number USSR-54 (Document Number USSR-54), which is a result of the investigation. I shall read into the record only a few comparatively short excerpts. On Page 2 of the document, which is Page 223 in your document book, we read- this passage is marked in your file:

"According to the estimates of medico-legal experts, the total number of bodies amounts to over 11,000. The medico-legal experts carried out a thorough examination of the bodies exhumed, and of the documents and material evidence found on the bodies and in the graves. During the exhumation and examination of the corpses, the commission questioned many witnesses among the local inhabitants. Their testimony permitted the determination of the exact time and circumstances of the crimes committed by the German invaders."

...You will find the lines read into the record on Page 43 of Exhibit Number USSR-54 if you turn to the original document, or on Page 264 of your document book:

"General Conclusions: On perusal of all the material at the disposal of the special commission, that is, the depositions of over 100 witnesses questioned, the data of the medico-legal experts, the documents and material evidence and belongings taken from the graves in Katyn Forest, we can arrive at the following definite conclusions:

1. The Polish prisoners of war imprisoned in the three camps west of Smolenskand engaged in railway construction before the war, remained there after the occupation of Smolensk by the Germans, right up to September 1941.

2. In the autumn of 1941, in Katyn Forest, the German occupational authorities carried out mass shootings of the Polish prisoners of war from the above-mentioned camps.

3. Mass shootings of Polish prisoners of war in Katyn Forest were carried out by German military organizations disguised under the specific name, 'Staff537, Engineer Construction Battalion,' commanded by Oberleutnant Arnes and his colleagues, Oberleutnant Rex and Leutnant Hott.

4. In connection with the deterioration, for Germany, of the general military and political machinery at the beginning of 1943, the German occupational authorities, with a view to provoking incidents, undertook a whole series of measure to ascribe their own misdeeds to organizations of the Soviet authorities, in order to make mischief between the Russians and Poles.

5. For these purposes:

a. The German fascist invaders, by persuasion, attempts at bribery, threats, and by barbarous tortures, endeavored to find 'witnesses' among the Soviet citizens from whom they obtained false testimony, alleging that the Polish prisoners of war had been shot by organizations of the Soviet authorities in the spring of 1940.

b. The German occupational authorities, in the spring of 1943, brought from other places the bodies of Polish prisoners of war whom they had shot, and laid them in the turned up graves of Katyn Forest with the dual purpose of covering up the traces of their own atrocities and of increasing the numbers of 'victims of Bolshevist atrocities' in Katyn Forest.

c. While preparing their provocative measures, the German occupationalauthorities employed up to 500 Russian prisoners of war for the task of digging up the graves in Katyn Forest. Once the graves had been dug, the Russian prisoners of war were shot by the Germans in order to destroy thus all proof and material evidence on the matter.

6. The date of the legal and medical examination determined, without any shadow of doubt:

a. That the time of shooting was autumn 1941.

b. The application by the German executioners, when shooting Polish prisoners of war, of the identical method - a pistol shot in the nape of the neck -as used by them in mass murders of the Soviet citizens in other towns, especiallyin Orel, Voronetz, Krasnodar and in Smolensk itself."

President Barack Obama has quietly decided to bypass Congress and allow the indefinite detention of terrorist suspects without charges.

The move, which was controversial when the idea was first floated in The Washington Post in May, has sparked serious concern among civil liberties advocates. Such a decision allows the president to unilaterally hold “combatants” without habeas corpus — a legal term literally meaning “you shall have the body” — which forces prosecutors to charge a suspect with a crime to justify the suspect’s detention.

Obama’s decision was buried on page A 23 of The New York Times’ New York edition on Thursday. It didn’t appear on that page in the national edition. (Meanwhile, the front page was graced with the story, “Richest Russian’s Newest Toy: An N.B.A. Team.”)

Rather than seek approval from Congress to hold some 50 Guantanamo detainees indefinitely, the administration has decided that it has the authority to hold the prisoners under broad-ranging legislation passed in the wake of Sept. 11, 2001. Former President George W. Bush frequently invoked this legislation as the justification for controversial legal actions — including the NSA’s warrantless wiretapping program.

“The administration will continue to hold the detainees without bringing them to trial based on the power it says it has under the Congressional resolution passed after the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, authorizing the president to use force against forces of Al Qaeda and the Taliban,” the Times‘ Peter Baker writes. “In concluding that it does not need specific permission from Congress to hold detainees without charges, the Obama administration is adopting one of the arguments advanced by the Bush administration in years of debates about detention policies.”

Constitutional scholar and Salon.com columnist Glenn Greenwald discussed the policy in a column in May. He warned that the ability for a president to “preventively” detain suspects could mushroom into broader, potentially abusive activity.

“It does not merely allow the U.S. Government to imprison people alleged to have committed Terrorist acts yet who are unable to be convicted in a civilian court proceeding,” Greenwald wrote. “That class is merely a subset, perhaps a small subset, of who the Government can detain. Far more significant, ‘preventive detention’ allows indefinite imprisonment not based on proven crimes or past violations of law, but of those deemed generally ‘dangerous’ by the Government for various reasons

French Nurses

According to a survey by the French national union of professionally qualified nurses (SNPI CFE-CGC), 65% of all nurses in France will refuse the “swine flu” vaccine over safety concerns.

The results of a survey of 4,107 nurses which was conducted on September 16th show that only 26% of French nurses will accept the H1N1 vaccine with a further 9% still undecided.

The protests of nurses appear to be impacting on the French Health Minister, who has indicated she might drop plans to give vaccines with adjuvants to pregnant women.

Thierry Amouroux, Secretary General of SNPI CFE-CGC, said that injecting 94 million doses of the H1N1 vaccine into the population as the French government plans to do poses a “public health problem” because the “swine flu” vaccine has been produced “rapidly in a weak regulatory framework with the undeniable presence of adjuvants.”

He said that it was the duty of nurses to give proper information to the general public so that “everyone can make their own decision in full knowledge of the issue and with free and informed consent.”

Origins of the Holocaust™ Propaganda - During and Prior to the First World War

The ‘holocaust” propaganda regarding the “extermination” of “6 million” had an early start prior to the First World War and developed to a fever pitch following the Second World War. Today we are exhorted to not question these themes and warned that we are somehow “anit-semitic” if we do. Examination and discussion of these keywords are considered “hate speech” and against the law in many nations where Jews have pressed for such laws. Recognizing that we are being told to not look there, we know exactly where to look to see what is behind the propaganda curtain of illusion.

Rabbi Stephen S. Wise was the major leadership figure of the American Jewish Congress during its formative period. Born in Hungary, the son of a Rabbi and a porcelain heiress and the grandson of Joseph Hirsch Weisz, a Grand Rabbi of Hungary, he was brought to New York by his parents as a small child in 1875, when his father became rabbi of a Brooklyn, New York, congregation. The younger Wise was instructed in Talmudic law by his father and the Rev. Dr. Gustav Gotheil. He attended the College of the City of New York, and was reported to have completed his studies abroad. After returning to the United States, at the age of 20, he was elected rabbi of the Congregation B'nai Jeshurun in New York where he remained for over five years. Shortly after June of 1900, he went to Portland, Oregon, to head up a congregation and then returned to New York, founding the Free Synagogue in 1906. Early on, Dr. Wise was known for his progressive ideas on general topics and also as an exponent of Zionism, a movement then contemplating the reestablishment of the Jewish nation.

As early as 1900, Wise is recorded telling a Zionist gathering that "there are 6,000,000 living, bleeding, suffering arguments in favor of Zionism" as reported in a New York Times article. ("Rabbi Wise's Address", New York Times, June 11, 1900, p. 7)

The position of our co-religionists in Russia grows increasingly deplorable, and recent advices from that country indicate that there is little likelihood of any relief being afforded. The situation is of the gravest. It may be doubted whether Jewry has ever confronted a greater crisis since the overthrow of the Jewish state by the Roman Empire. Not even the horrible persecutions of the times of the Crusades or the expulsion from Spain and Portugal affected so large a mass of our co-religionists. Russia has since 1890 adopted a deliberate plan to expel or exterminate six millions of its people for no other reason than that they refuse to become members of the Greek Church, but prefer to remain Jews. The story of the holocaust of up to six million European Jews didn't originate with World War Two. In fact, a very similar scenario was played out in somewhat less flamboyant terms during World War One and its aftermath. After World War One it was reported as news that five million, over five million, even six million Jews in Europe were sick or dying in a holocaust from starvation, horrible epidemics, and a malignant persecution. The following focuses especially on the World War One fund raising drives. These selected campaigns by major Jewish advocacy groups may offer historical significance both on their own and in terms of the post World War Two Holocaust industry.

"Holocaust" is a World War I word. Holocaust was used during and after World War One to describe what was going on in Europe and what allegedly happened to the Jews of Europe during and after that war. While the stories that are today referred to as "the Holocaust" weren't called a holocaust during or even for decades after World War Two, the word holocaust was used while World War One was happening and thereafter. It was called a holocaust, it was called the greatest tragedy the world has ever known and it was called the greatest need the world has ever known.

Until 1917, the leader of the Jewish community in New York, Jacob Schiff, repeatedly called for an end to "this holocaust".(1)In 1919, the American Hebrew magazine used the word holocaust in describing the plight of European Jewry in an article written under the byline of a former Governor of New York State.(2) Yehuda Bauer wrote in My Brother's Keeper, an authorized history of the Joint Distribution Committee of Jewish War Sufferers, that (3)

"the destruction of European Jewry during World War Two has obliterated the memory of the first holocaust of the 20th century in the wake of the First World War."

A "holocaust of humanity" is the way World War One was described in The Great Betrayal, a book co-authored by Rabbi Stephen S. Wise and published in 1930. The premise of The Great Betrayal was that the British had reneged on promises they made concerning Palestine to the Jewish leadership during World War One. (4)

The Price of Liberty is an authorized history of the American Jewish Committee that was published in 1948, after World War Two was over. It contains a chapter about World War One entitled "The Holocaust of War". This chapter mentions some of these World War One and postwar fund raising efforts and includes the following quote: (5)

"As the armies rolled back and forth in desperate conflict over the borders of Poland, Galicia, and East Prussia, terror, desolation and death descended on the civilian population in general, but most of all upon the seven million Jews. The Christian Poles, Ruthenians and Germans suffered the inevitable hardships that attend all warfare; but the Jews, already proscribed by the Russians and Poles, met with a concentrated orgy of hatred, blood lust and vindictive opportunity that threatened to wipe them out in one vast holocaust."

In 1915, at a rally in New York, Louis Marshall, on behalf of the American Jewish Relief Committee, along with Jacob Schiff and Congressman Meyer London, denounced the apathy toward the suffering of co-religionists declaring that millions were in dire distress and pleading with the rich to give. Marshall said there were about 13 million Jews in the world, and that over 6 million of them are in eastern Europe where the war is being fought. Marshall also read a letter from Schiff that "private reports" had been received showing conditions in Russia, Palestine, Poland, and Galicia, "the frightful nature of which could not be pictured." Mr. London said this was the worst period in Jewish history and that millions of Jewish peoples depended on the generosity of more fortunate Jews of the United States. (6)

Another 1916 project was a book entitled The Jews in the Eastern War Zone. Published by the American Jewish Committee, 25,000 copies of this book were sent to the leaders of American thought and the molders of public opinion including President Wilson, members of the Presidential Cabinet and Congress, the press and the magazines, influential men and women everywhere.(7) The book said that Russia has virtually converted an area into a penal settlement, where six million human beings guilty only of adherence to the Jewish faith are compelled to live out their lives in squalor and misery, in constant terror of massacre, subject to the caprice of police officials and a corrupt administration - in short, without legal rights or social status: (8)

Just in case he wasn’t familiar with it, Sen. Al Franken (D-Minn.) decided to read the Fourth Amendment to the Constitution to David Kris, assistant attorney general of the Justice Department’s National Security Division, who was testifying to the Senate Judiciary Committee today to urge reauthorization of expiring provisions of the USA Patriot Act.

Noting that he received a copy of the Constitution when he was sworn in as a senator, he proceeded to read it to Kris, emphasizing this part: “no Warrants shall issue but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

“That’s pretty explicit language,” noted Franken, asking Kris how the “roving wiretap” provision of the Patriot Act can meet that requirement if it doesn’t require the government to name its target.

Leuchter is perhaps best known as the author of two controversial forensic reports on alleged German wartime extermination gas chambers. Leuchter designed and maintained gas chambers for several U.S. penal institutions. He was sent by Ernst Zündel to investigate Auschwitz, Majdanek, Dachau, Hartheim and other alleged "Nazi Death Camps" and "gassing facilities."

Holocaust Survivor Speaks To Local Students

Yuma, AZ September 4- A Holocaust survivor speaks to more than a hundred students at the Yuma Private Industry Council's Charter High School on Friday.

Fred Schiefler is one of a handful of holocaust survivors left in the world.

You could hear a pen drop as Schiefler spoke to a room of stunned students after hearing what he went through as a young teenager. He discussed how and why the Nazis were able to commit what's been called the greatest atrocity in human history.

"Very few people saved themselves," said Schiefler. He says one reason the Nazis were able to kill 6 million Jews is no one could stop them.

"Let me tell you one thing," said Schiefler, "Germany almost won the war; they had the first jet planes, they had better tanks than America, better ammunition, the soldiers were well-trained, very good generals."

Schiefler spent time in 11 concentration camps, including Auswitz. His entire family was killed by the Nazis; his mother was shot right in front of him.

"The shower heads used to disperse gas, it was called Cyclone B, and in 15-20 minutes, 3,4 thousands people, they would be gassed in that big hall," said Schiefler.

Schiefler visited a German pharmacy after the war to buy some soap.

"This was 6 months after the war; they were selling Jew soap, made of Jew's fat from the concentration camps; so tell me, who were the Germans?" said Schiefler.

Schiefler weighed 55 pounds at the end of the war; he says one word describes why he survived multiple Nazi concentration camps, and millions didn't.

"I believe in miracles," said Schiefler, "it's a miracle that I'm sitting here in this chair, being able to talk to you, where are all my families?"

Shiefler doesn't take a dime for speaking, and has several books in the works; of which he wants 100% of the proceeds to go to the Holocaust Museums in Washington D.C. and Jerusalem.

Pro-Israel lobby in U.S. under attack

WASHINGTON, March 20,2006 (UPI) -- Two of America's top scholars have published a searing attack on the role and power of Washington's pro-Israel lobby in a British journal, warning that its "decisive" role in fomenting the Iraq war is now being repeated with the threat of action against Iran. And they say that the Lobby is so strong that they doubt their article would be accepted in any U.S.-based publication.

Professor John Mearsheimer of the University of Chicago, author of "The Tragedy of Great Power Politics" and Professor Stephen Walt of Harvard's Kenney School, and author of "Taming American Power: The Global Response to U.S. Primacy," are leading figures American in academic life.

They claim that the Israel lobby has distorted American policy and operates against American interests, that it has organized the funneling of more than $140 billion dollars to Israel and "has a stranglehold" on the U.S. Congress, and its ability to raise large campaign funds gives its vast influence over Republican and Democratic administrations, while its role in Washington think tanks on the Middle East dominates the policy debate.

And they say that the Lobby works ruthlessly to suppress questioning of its role, to blacken its critics and to crush serious debate about the wisdom of supporting Israel in U.S. public life.

"Silencing skeptics by organizing blacklists and boycotts -- or by suggesting that critics are anti-Semites -- violates the principle of open debate on which democracy depends," Walt and Mearsheimer write.

"The inability of Congress to conduct a genuine debate on these important issues paralyses the entire process of democratic deliberation. Israel's backers should be free to make their case and to challenge those who disagree with them, but efforts to stifle debate by intimidation must be roundly condemned," they add, in the 12,800-word article published in the latest issue of The London Review of Books.

The article focuses strongly on the role of the "neo-conservatives" within the Bush administration in driving the decision to launch the war on Iraq.

"The main driving force behind the war was a small band of neo-conservatives, many with ties to the Likud," Mearsheimer and Walt argue." Given the neo-conservatives' devotion to Israel, their obsession with Iraq, and their influence in the Bush administration, it isn't surprising that many Americans suspected that the war was designed to further Israeli interests."

"The neo-conservatives had been determined to topple Saddam even before Bush became president. They caused a stir early in 1998 by publishing two open letters to Clinton, calling for Saddam's removal from power. The signatories, many of whom had close ties to pro-Israel groups like JINSA (Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs) or WINEP (Washington Institute for Near Eastern Policy), and who included Elliot Abrams, John Bolton, Douglas Feith, William Kristol, Bernard Lewis, Donald Rumsfeld, Richard Perle and Paul Wolfowitz, had little trouble persuading the Clinton administration to adopt the general goal of ousting Saddam. But they were unable to sell a war to achieve that objective. They were no more able to generate enthusiasm for invading Iraq in the early months of the Bush administration. They needed help to achieve their aim. That help arrived with 9/11. Specifically, the events of that day led Bush and Cheney to reverse course and become strong proponents of a preventive war," Walt and Mearsheimer write.

The article, which is already stirring furious debate in U.S. academic and intellectual circles, also explores the historical role of the Lobby.

"For the past several decades, and especially since the Six-Day War in 1967, the centerpiece of US Middle Eastern policy has been its relationship with Israel," the article says."

"The combination of unwavering support for Israel and the related effort to spread 'democracy' throughout the region has inflamed Arab and Islamic opinion and jeopardized not only U.S. security but that of much of the rest of the world. This situation has no equal in American political history. Why has the U.S. been willing to set aside its own security and that of many of its allies in order to advance the interests of another state?" Professors Walt and Mearsheimer add.

"The thrust of U.S. policy in the region derives almost entirely from domestic politics, and especially the activities of the 'Israel Lobby'. Other special-interest groups have managed to skew foreign policy, but no lobby has managed to divert it as far from what the national interest would suggest, while simultaneously convincing Americans that U.S. interests and those of the other country - in this case, Israel -- are essentially identical," they add.
