WASHINGTON (JTA) -- Three national Jewish groups urged Arizona's governor to veto a bill that would force local authorities to enforce federal immigration law.

If passed, the bill "would make state and local law enforcement officers' jobs nearly impossible, and would bring us further from, not closer to, the goal we all share of making our communities safer," said the letter sent Monday from the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society, the American Jewish Committee and the Jewish Council for Public Affairs to Gov. Jan. Brewer, a Republican. "It would also cause hardship to countless Arizona residents -- U.S. citizens, legal immigrants, and undocumented immigrants alike -- who if this law is passed will live under a cloud of suspicion and fear."

The legislation, which becomes law unless Brewer vetoes it in the next five days, would require police to ask those suspected of being in the country illegally to produce documentation. It also would ban soliciting work from people on sidewalks if it slows traffic.

Brewer has said she has reservations about the bill, which would be the toughest such measure in the country.

Opponents are concerned that it could lead to racial profiling and inhibit undocumented workers from reporting crime.

As proven by history, "nations" are composed of unique racial/cultural groups, not smorgasbords of different races living in any area or under the rule of any particular government.

The Cherokee asserted that it "was a matter of self-determination", "a basic, inherent right to determine [their] own citizenry."

It seems every race of people has this right to self-determination -- eg, to determine the racial make-up of their nations, to look out for the collective interests of those of their own kindred and race, etc.....except whites.

Cherokee Nation votes to expel slave descendants

OKLAHOMA CITY — Cherokee Nation members voted Saturday to revoke the tribal citizenship of an estimated 2,800 descendants of the people the Cherokee once owned as slaves.

With a majority of districts reporting, 76 percent had voted in favor of an amendment to the tribal constitution that would limit citizenship to descendants of "by blood" tribe members as listed on the federal Dawes Commission's rolls from more than 100 years ago.

The commission, set up by a Congress bent on breaking up Indians' collective lands and parceling them out to tribal citizens, drew up two rolls, one listing Cherokees by blood and the other listing freedmen, a roll of blacks regardless of whether they had Indian blood.

Some opponents of the ballot question argued that attempts to remove freedmen from the tribe were motivated by racism.

Tribal officials said the vote by the 250,000-member Cherokee Nation was a matter of self-determination. "It's a basic, inherent right to determine our own citizenry. We paid very dearly for those rights," Cherokee Principal Chief Chad Smith said last month.

But the Cherokee freedmen see the vote as less about self-determination than about discrimination and historical blinders. They see in the referendum hints of a desire by some Cherokees to deny the tribe's slave-owning past.

"They know these people exist. And they're trying to push them aside, as though they were never with them," said Andra Shelton, who has at least one black ancestor. Shelton, 59, can recall her mother gossiping in fluent Cherokee when Cherokee friends and relatives visited.

People on both sides of the issue say the fight is also about tribal politics — the freedmen at times have been at odds with the tribal leadership — and about money.

Advocates of expelling the freedmen call it a matter of safeguarding tribal resources, which include a $350 million annual budget from federal and tribal revenue, and Cherokees' share of a gambling industry that, for U.S. tribes overall, takes in $22 billion a year.

The grass-roots campaign for expulsion has given heavy play to warnings that keeping freedmen in the Cherokee Nation could encourage thousands more to sign up for a slice of the tribal pie.

Many of the Cherokees' slaves accompanied the tribe when it was expelled from its traditional lands in North Carolina and Georgia and forced to migrate in 1838 and 1839 to Indian Territory, in what is now Oklahoma.

Thousands of Cherokees died during the trip, which became known as the "Trail of Tears." It is not known how many of their slaves also died.

The tribe fought for the Confederacy. In defeat, it signed a federal treaty in 1866 committing that its slaves, who had been freed by tribal decree during the war, would be absorbed as citizens of the Cherokee Nation.

The Cherokee Nation expelled many descendants of slaves in 1983 by requiring them to show a degree of Indian blood through the Dawes rolls. A tribal court reinstated them in March 2006. That spurred Saturday's special election, which received a go-ahead Feb. 21 when a federal judge in Washington denied the freedmen's request for an injunction to halt the balloting.

The Canadian courts have ruled that "Mohawks can make any membership policy they deem necessary for their survival as a people".

Well if it's kosher for Indians, Jews, and others to enact these policies for the preservation of their race and culture...then why can't WHITES/EUROPEANS do the same?

Saying there are too many non-natives living in Kahnawake, the local band council has issued eviction notices to 25 residents, giving them 10 days to leave the Indian reserve on Montreal's South Shore.

About 25 non-natives - mostly white people involved in relationships with Mohawks - are being asked to leave the reserve because Mohawk law does not allow them to live there, said Joe Delaronde, press attaché for the Mohawk Council of Kahnawake.

"They are people with no native ancestry at all," Delaronde said in an interview yesterday.

According to Mohawk law, non-aboriginals have no residency rights. About 7,500 Mohawks live on the reserve.

Band council chiefs began hand-delivering the strongly worded letter on Monday and continued yesterday.

"There have been numerous complaints regarding individuals contravening Mohawk law by residing in the Mohawk territory of Kahnawake without a right to do so. You were identified in these complaints," the letter says.

The eviction letter tells non-natives they have 10 days to leave the reserve.

"We trust that you understand the seriousness of this letter and that you will govern yourselves accordingly."

If the non-natives can't move by the deadline, they must contact the band council to make other arrangements, Delaronde said.

"We are not heartless," he added. "We know that not everyone has a brother or a parent in Châteauguay they can stay with."

In a press release on the band council's website, Grand Chief Michael Delisle said: "Every single Kahnawake Mohawk knows the law. It is unfortunate that some people have chosen to disregard the community's wishes."

In 1981, the community announced a moratorium on mixed marriages, which meant that non-natives who married Mohawks after that year would no longer have the right to live on the reserve. Any non-native who had married a Mohawk before the moratorium is still permitted to live on the reserve.

In the 1980s, some Mohawks contested the policy before the human rights tribunal, but lost. The courts have ruled that Mohawks can make any membership policy they deem necessary for their survival as a people.

"We're very concerned about protecting our identity because at a certain point, the Canadian government will look at us and say: 'You are not even Indians,' " Delaronde said.

"We are very proud of our heritage and protective about it. We don't have a whole hell of a lot of it left. This is part of revitalizing the community."

The band council decided to act after receiving complaints from Indians who feel that too many non-natives are living on the reserve.

"We are responding to what the community wants," Delaronde said.

Although Mohawk law says that non-natives can't live on the reserve, they are allowed to visit and stay overnight, he explained.

"Sleeping over or staying for a week is a whole different situation," he said.

Delaronde said he hopes the non-natives accept the wishes of the community and leave peacefully.

If they refuse to move, their names will be "published locally," he said.

"I know that's not a nice thing, but if people refuse, names will be published and then it becomes a peer pressure thing."

In the Jewish state it's kosher for inter-racial marriages to be banned and for de facto racial segregation to be institutionalized.

But just imagine the outcry of "racism", "Nazism", etc from the Jewish-controlled Media and ruling Jewish Establishment in the West if Whites/Europeans in Western nations were to rightfully organize in government, churches, and other organizations to prevent race-mixing among whites, and to institutionalize racial segregation in order to preserve their race and nation.

Israeli drive to prevent Jewish girls dating Arabs

NAZARETH // A local authority in Israel has announced that it is establishing a special team of youth counsellors and psychologists whose job it will be to identify young Jewish women who are dating Arab men and “rescue” them.

The move by the municipality of Petah Tikva, a city close to Tel Aviv, is the latest in a series of separate – and little discussed – initiatives from official bodies, rabbis, private organisations and groups of Israeli residents to try to prevent interracial dating and marriage.

In a related development, the Israeli media reported this month that residents of Pisgat Zeev, a large Jewish settlement in the midst of Palestinian neighbourhoods in East Jerusalem, had formed a vigilante-style patrol to stop Arab men from mixing with local Jewish girls.

Hostility to intimate relationships developing across Israel’s ethnic divide is shared by many Israeli Jews, who regard such behaviour as a threat to the state’s Jewishness. One of the few polls on the subject, in 2007, found that more than half of Israeli Jews believed intermarriage should be equated with “national treason”.

Since the state’s founding in 1948, analysts have noted, a series of legal and administrative measures have been taken by Israel to limit the possibilities of close links developing between Jewish and Arab citizens, the latter comprising a fifth of the population.

Largely segregated communities and separate education systems mean that there are few opportunities for young Arabs and Jews to become familiarised with each other. Even in the handful of “mixed cities”, Arab residents are usually confined to separate neighbourhoods.

In addition, civil marriage is banned in Israel, meaning that in the small number of cases where Jews and Arabs want to wed, they can do so only by leaving the country for a ceremony abroad. The marriage is recognised on the couple’s return.

Dr Yuval Yonay, a sociologist at Haifa University, said the number of interracial marriages was “too small to be studied”. “Separation between Jews and Arabs is so ingrained in Israeli society, it is surprising that anyone manages to escape these central controls.”

The team in Petah Tikva, a Jewish city of 200,000 residents, was created in direct response to news that two Jewish girls, aged 17 and 19, were accompanying a group of young Arab men when they allegedly beat a Jewish man, Leonard Karp, to death last month on a Tel Aviv beach. The older girl was from Petah Tikva.

The girls’ involvement with the Arab youths has revived general concern that a once-firm taboo against interracial dating is beginning to erode among some young people.

In sentiments widely shared, Mr Hakak, a spokesman for Petah Tikva municipality, said “Russian girls”, young Jewish women whose parents arrived in Israel over the past two decades, since the former Soviet Union collapsed, were particularly vulnerable to the attention of Arab men.

Dr Yonay said Russian women were less closed to the idea of relationships with Arab men because they “did not undergo the religious and Zionist education” to which more established Israeli Jews were subject.

Mr Hakak said the municipality had created a hotline that parents and friends of the Jewish women could use to inform on them.

“We can’t tell the girls what to do but we can send a psychologist to their home to offer them and their parents advice,” he said.

Motti Zaft, the deputy mayor, told the Ynet website that the municipality was also cracking down on city homeowners who illegally subdivide apartments to rent them cheaply to single Arab men looking for work in the Tel Aviv area. He estimated that several hundred Arab men had moved into the city as a result.

Petah Tikva’s hostility to Arab men mixing with local Jewish women is shared by other communities.

In Pisgat Zeev, a settlement of 40,000 Jews, some 35 Jewish men are reported to belong to a patrol known as “Fire for Judaism” that tries to stop interracial dating.

Unusually for a settlement, Pisgat Zeev has attracted a tiny but growing population of Arab families, both from East Jerusalem and from inside Israel. Because Pisgat Zeev sits within Jerusalem’s municipal borders, Arabs with Israeli residency rights can live there as long as Jewish settlers are willing to rent to them.

One member, who identified himself as Moshe to the Jerusalem Post newspaper, said: “Our goal is to be in contact with these girls and try to explain to them the dangers of what they’re getting themselves into. In the last 10 years, 60 girls from Pisgat Zeev have gone into [Palestinian] villages [in the West Bank]. And most of them aren’t heard from after that.”

He denied that violence or threats were used against Arab men.
Last year, the municipality of Kiryat Gat, a town of 50,000 Jews in southern Israel, launched a programme in schools to warn Jewish girls of the dangers of dating local Bedouin men. The girls were shown a video titled Sleeping with the Enemy, which describes mixed couples as an “unnatural phenomenon”.

Haim Shalom, head of the municipality’s welfare department, is filmed saying: “The girls, in their innocence, go with the exploitative Arab.”

In 2004, posters sprang up all over the northern town of Safed warning Jewish women that dating Arab men would lead to “beatings, hard drugs, prostitution and crime”.
Safed’s chief rabbi, Shmuel Eliyahu, told a local newspaper that the “seducing” of Jewish girls was “another form of war” by Arab men.

Both Kiryat Gat and Safed’s campaigns were supported by a religious organisation called Yad L’achim, which runs an anti-assimilation team publicly dedicated to “saving” Jewish women.

According to its website, the organisation receives more than 100 calls a month about Jewish women living with Arab men, both in Israel and the West Bank. It launches “military-like rescues [of the women] from hostile Arab villages” in co-ordination with the police and army.

“The Jewish soul is a precious, all-too-rare resource, and we are not prepared to give up on even a single one,” says the website.

A law, like the law of gravity, is not just a good idea or suggestion; it is an established foundation, absolute and infallible. This issue of whether race mixing is advocated or prohibited in the Bible was prompted by a message I gave about "Why Some People Just don't Get It"; "it" being the identity of the White race in relation to the Bible. We live in a time when there is an increase of information. People can choose what to believe from so many sources, that the average person cannot read it all in their lifetime. So they depend on the marketplace of ideas of what makes sense to them. Preconceived notions and intellectual prejudices will always color what people select as their truth. This then becomes a reflection of what they are in life and what they give or take from their own race. Putting forth the premise that race mixing is not Christian automatically prompts cries of foul from all quarters. But the division is basically two sided. When the Bible says, "Prove all things" it is quickly followed by the admonition to hold on to the good. In the eternal war of words we are warned that some people will turn good into evil and evil into good. If someone chooses to not only ignore the Bible, but to misrepresent it, it then becomes a matter of changing the truth of God into a lie. Who could that possibly be? It would be those who have made the wrong choice and have selected proof that is not good. For example, the jewish holocaust is riddled with false proof and yet some people accept it as fact. This produces evil consequences. If we reject and distort what the Bible has to say about race mixing, we likewise will suffer evil upon our society. That's exactly what has happened to our nation. The battle between good and evil determines blessings or curses. In seeking to determine what the Bible teaches, it is necessary to start at the beginning. Nobody can squirm around the basic premise of Adam and Eve being of the same race. I don't know of any versions that say they were the first two Orientals or Negroes. History depicts them as White. Christian Identity further identifies them by rightly dividing the word Adam, which means man. Strong's Concordance elaborates on this kind of man (#119, 120) being ruddy, to show blood in the face, i.e. to blush or turn rosy. From Thomas O'Brien's book "Verboten" we glean from his commentary that, "Even the ability to blush (show blood in the face) is confined to the White race. This is caused by your subconscious which only God controls, as He breathed His Living Spirit into Adam who passed it on to you, his White descendants. You are an infinitesimal projection of your Creator, so when you do or say something embarrassing, your subconscious rushes blood to your face. The colored races, not having been endowed with God's Spirit, have no abstract sense of right or wrong, consequently are never embarrassed." It is a misnomer to call other races or species mankind. In the book of Genesis, God's Law of kind after kind was established, meaning species. The Bible we have in our hands today repeatedly teaches about 'seed after its own kind' in which each and every species of plants and animals propagate within their own kind. In the case of Adamkind, it is clearly the White race. The Bible interprets itself by declaring that "This is the book of the generations of Adam" (Gen. 5:1). Generations means the genetic posterity. You can read more details in the article "The Adamic Creation". Let me give you a thumbnail sketch of the rest of Genesis as it pertains to race mixing. Obviously there were other races as we read about the first case of Adam's seed being polluted with Cain, a cursed murderer of his brother. Cain was purged from Eden and moved "east of Eden" (which would have been in and among the Mongolian people), to a non-Adamic land filled with non-Adamites. He then produced the first mongrel offspring named Enoch. From the time of Adam and Eve to the time of Noah, race mixing became epidemic, and God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth. This sin of race mixing is so serious that God killed the offenders. However, there was one man and his family that found grace in the eyes of the Lord, who was perfect in his generations; in other words, he was racially pure. The result of all this race mixing was corruption and violence (Genesis 6:11). The narrative establishes a paramount theme that runs throughout the Bible: race mixing is not Christian. There are indeed two manners of people in the world: those who remain racially pure and those who don't. The problem again arises with the twin boys, Jacob and Esau, fulfilling their separate destinies from the time of their birth. History also shows that whenever these people sought to integrate and intermarry, the results were always the same: violence, confusion and judgment from God. On the other hand, when they lived separately as God ordered, each respectively lived in harmony apart from each other. History also shows that whenever the racially pure offspring of Jacob failed to assume their God-mandated office of taking dominion and administering God's Laws, conversely allowing the offspring of Esau to occupy and determine the law of the land, there has been nothing but trouble, chaos and God's judgment. Destruction of White Christian civilization is the primary purpose of the jewish drive towards racial amalgamation. They know that it has always been White Christian society that has proclaimed liberty throughout the land and are the custodians of freedom. So in order to control the world, this element of God's Spirit must go to the grave in various forms of genocide. Historians and social engineers know that a mongrelized people is easier to control, because they have a deformed spirit and no identity. These destroyers of mankind know that every White civilization (and there have been some 25 of these civilizations in the sixty centuries of recorded history) that has practiced race mixing, has destroyed themselves from within. You want to talk about fairy tales? There has never been a great Black civilization in Africa and mongrels have never been able to rule their subjects justly. South Africa enjoyed White Christian apartheid until its Christian faith was undermined by antichrist distortions of the Word. It is now the murder capital of the world. Esau would corrupt his racial line by marrying into another race, which was strictly forbidden. He took a wife of the Hittites which was "a grief of mind" to his parents. "And Isaac called Jacob, and blessed him, and charged him, and said unto him, Thou shalt not take a wife of the daughters of Canaan" (Gen.28:1). This command not to marry into another race was the same one given by Abraham concerning Isaac, where he told his son to find his wife in his country and among his kindred (his own kind). Deuteronomy 32:8 clearly states that God separated the races, "When the Most High divided to the nations their inheritance, when He separated the sons of Adam, He set the bounds [borderlines] of the people according to the number of the children of Israel." The White race at that time had their land and the other races had theirs. This verse tells us that there is a specific number of White Adamic Israelites to be born in order to fulfill the plan of God. How can any racialist complain about this kind of orderly separation? Throughout Scriptures we find that God's order in every realm has always been separation, selection and discrimination, while the enemies of God and the White race have always been integration, equality and tolerance. The surest way to prevent White people from achieving their manifest destiny is to prevent them from reproducing their own kind. The strategy of our enemy is to mix the races and produce what the Bible calls "bastards". The Hebrew word for bastard is "mamzer" and means a mongrel or half-breed. "A bastard shall not enter into the congregation of the Lord" Deut. 23:2. Churches are full of smiling mamzers who are told the Bible says to mix. The propaganda we struggle against today is from those who misrepresent the Word of God and falsely identify who God's people married in the Old Testament times in an effort to justify race mixing. They do not have the Spirit of God, in which our body, the temple of God, facilitates the indwelling of God. Without a spirit-filled race, there is no possibility of White people fulfilling our purpose on earth. Fornication (which is race mixing) adulterates God's plan for the Ages. Up until the 1960s in the United States, laws were still on the books preventing interracial marriage and enforcing racial segregation -- eg, the "Jim Crow" laws prevalent in the southern United States. And the vast majority of the white population in America strongly disapproved of interracial marriage and mixing of the races. Such beliefs were the dominant social norm, and were supported and reinforced through the established churches and other social institutions. Only through the tyranny of the Judaic-controlled Supreme Court of the United States were such laws illegally overturned, and a policy of forced racial integration instituted.According to the the Jewish establishment -- as we are incessantly reminded by the Jewish-controlled media and Hollywood -- such laws were the epitome of "evil", and the product of "backward-thinking" and a "racist" white establishment who wanted to "oppress the poor negroes". But could it just be that our forefathers had rational and legitimate reasons for these laws and standards? Is it possible that they had valid religious grounds for opposition to race-mixing?As I discussed in another article, the Bible makes clear that all "humans" are not of common ancestry, and Adam was the father of the white race only. The black, white, and asian races (in their pure-blooded states...absent any mixing among the races) are of completely different lineage, were created separately, and are essentially different species of "humans." Deuteronomy 14:2 "For thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God, and the LORD hath chosen thee to be a peculiar people unto himself, above all the nations that are upon the earth."Exodus 33:16 "So shall we be separated, I and all of Thy people, from all the people that are upon the face of the earth."Deuteronomy 7:3 "Neither shalt thou make marriages with them: thy daughter thou shalt not give unto his son, nor his daughter shalt thou take unto thy son."Joshua 23:12-13 "if ye do in any wise go back and cleave unto the remnant of these nations, even these that remain among you, and shall make marriage with them and go in unto them and they unto you: know for a certainty that they shall be snares and traps unto you and scourges in your sides and thorns in your eyes, until ye perish off from this good land which the Lord your God has given you."Ezra 9:2 "For they have taken of their daughters for themselves, and for their sons: so that the HOLY SEED have MIXED themselves with the people of those lands: yea, the hand of the princes and rulers hath been chief in this TRESPASS."Nehemiah 9:2 "And the seed of Israel separated themselves from all STRANGERS and stood and confessed their sins, and the iniquities of their fathers."Note: "Strangers" above in Nehemiah 9:2 is from the Hebrew word "nekar", meaning "a foreigner" or an "alien".Nehemiah 13:3 "Now it came to pass, when they had heard the law, that they separated from Israel all the MIXED multitude."Hosea 5:7 "They have dealt treacherously against YAHWEH: for they have begotten STRANGE children:"Note: The word "strange" from Hosea 5:7 is from the Hebrew word "zuwr", meaning "a foreigner".Deuteronomy 23:2: "A bastard shall not enter into the congregation of the Lord, even to his tenth generation shall he not enter into the congregation of the Lord."Note: The word "bastard" above in Deuteronomy 23:2 is from the Hebrew word "mamzer", which is defined as "a mongrel" or person of mixed-race. Therefore, the true meaning of this passage is that mongrels or offspring of mixed-race cannot become one of Yahweh's people until after the 10th generation. After the 10th generation, the person would have only 1/1024 (0.1% or 0.001) non-Israelite (non-white) blood in their veins. This shows how seriously Yahweh views racial purity.-Check original Hebrew words and translation in Strong's Concordance and Hebrew and Greek Lexicon.

The laws of the Old Testament commanding racial segregation were not nullified by the teachings of Yahshua the Messiah, but are still binding on the modern-day descendants of the Israelites:

Matthew 5:17-19 "Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven."

This is confirmed by the fact that Yahshua specifically taught that His message was only for the "lost sheep of the House of Israel" -- ie, the physical/biological descendants of the Israelites:

Matthew 10:5-6: "These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not: But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel."Matthew 15:22-24: "And, behold, a woman of Canaan [ie, a Canaanite and non-Israelite] came out of the same coasts, and cried unto him, saying, Have mercy on me, O Lord, thou son of David; my daughter is grievously vexed with a devil. But he answered her not a word. And his disciples came and besought him, saying, Send her away; for she crieth after us. But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel."
