Two Americas, Two Timer

The Breck Boy has been forced to 'fess up. While the ambulance-chasing slimebag lectures us on "Two Americas," he shtupped someone he met at a bar after paying her $114,000 to do a campaign spot while his wife dealt with incurable breast cancer.

The worst stench out of all this is how the National Enquirer had to break the story while the Lame Stream Media covered his ass, just as they have for the Obamessiah. You can bet if this had been a former GOP senator and Veep candidate, it would be like blood in the water at the shark tank.

Edwards is now relegated to the scrap heap of political relevance, joining Gary Hart on board the "Monkey Business," soon to followed by a permanent stay in Dante's Eighth Circle of Hell with the other corrupt politicians immersed in a lake of boiling pitch.

Rage, Rage Against the Dying of the Light

Anyone can blog, anyone can be a "journalist" in today's over-bloated information age - no matter their training or agenda. Readers beware - sort fact from fiction.
- Vicki Rishling, "Local newspapers are linked to the community," Moscow-Pullman Daily News, June 25, 2008
I suspected that many media outlets would tilt to the left because surveys have shown that reporters tend to vote more Democrat than Republican. But I was surprised at just how pronounced the distinctions are.
- Tim Groseclose, UCLA political scientist and lead author of a study that found most media outlets have a liberal bias
Anyone who still believes that bloggers are one breed and journalists are another has been living in a cave since roughly 2002.
- Mark Glaser, "Distinction Between Bloggers, Journalists Blurring More Than Ever," PBS, February 28, 2008
